Arrival and administration
  • Check the current government route and your university notice for registration, address, stay-period or status tasks that apply to you. Write down the deadline, submission channel, required evidence and proof of completion; recheck after moving or changing status.

  • From your admitted-student guide, list tuition or enrollment confirmation, arrival reporting, portal activation, student ID, orientation and department check-in. Mark who confirms each step and what screen, receipt or message proves completion.

  • Ask the chosen branch or provider which physical or mobile identification it accepts, whether in-person and remote procedures differ, and what alternative exists while a residence card or account is pending. Do not assume one bank's rollout applies everywhere.

  • Confirm your eligibility start date, contribution or billing route, registered address and any documents with NHIS and your university. Record where to correct an error; do not copy another student's date or amount.

Starting classes
Daily life and support
  • Record move-in and move-out dates, deposit and rent evidence, utilities, repairs, inventory, contract contacts and the door-to-class commute. If anything is unclear, use an official housing-information or designated-agent route and verify language, fee and appointment availability first.

  • Save separate routes for international-student administration, department questions, academic support and wellbeing. For each one, verify who may use it, service language, booking method, hours, cost and current wait; a university example is not a nationwide promise.

  • Ask your own university which office handles classroom, assessment, assistive-technology, mobility or housing accommodations, what evidence and lead time it requires, and how information is shared. Provide only the minimum information the official process requires.
