Check your housing dates
Keep these confirmations separate
- Offer conditions
Check required originals, fee due dates and any conditions still outstanding.
- Registration and CoA
Ask when the official visa document becomes available and how it is issued. An offer letter may be a different document.
- Visa and travel
Confirm the requirements with your consulate before committing to non-refundable arrangements.
- Housing and arrival access
Confirm allocation, payment, check-in hours, meal start, vacation stays and who can help after office hours.
Why the dates matter
Pusan National University’s autumn 2026 notice for successful dormitory applicants lists room-assignment checks and campus-specific move-in times. Confirm your allocation and check-in time separately.
