University enquiries
Choose an information update, story tip, paid content enquiry or career-support collaboration. Editorial decisions and paid work are reviewed separately.
What do you need?
Choose one route and tell us who the request is for and which public sources we should check.
- Request an information updateName the Uni News page, the correction and a public official source. We check the source before deciding whether to update it.
- Submit a story tipExplain what happened and why it matters. Story tips receive independent editorial review and do not guarantee publication.
- University promotion and bilingual contentDescribe the audience, output and intended use. We agree scope, sources, rights, timing and cost before paid work starts.
- International-student career collaborationDescribe the students you support and whether you need career resources, job information or employer participation.
If none of these fits, choose “Other university enquiry” and describe what you need.
Sending an enquiry is free and does not place an order or create a partnership. Editorial decisions stay independent from paid production. No enquiry guarantees publication, a job or a visa.

Request type: University / department: Page or public source: What needs to change / what you need: Applicable intake or date (if relevant):
What happens after your request?
- We review the purpose and sources, and ask for any missing information.
- For corrections and story ideas, we make an independent editorial decision.
- For paid production, scope, rights, price, timing and acceptance are agreed before work starts.
Reply timing depends on the enquiry. A preferred date is not a delivery commitment. Paid production never buys editorial approval.

A bilingual explanation tied to that source, with unanswered questions kept visible.
- 3. Review & handoff
Fact-check owner, unresolved fields and agreed update responsibility.
Example field: language of instruction
Source excerpt: not supplied. Programme / intake: not specified. Status: unresolved—not a verified programme claim.
How a scoped production enquiry works
A proposed workflow, not a fixed-price offer, an order or a promise of coverage.
Agree a bounded brief
Start with one university, one programme and one intake, and a question prospective students need answered. First establish the official sources and information gaps.
Agree outputs and terms
Possible outputs include bilingual explanations, a checking worksheet and a source/intake list. Actual deliverables, usage rights, price, schedule and acceptance criteria must be agreed before work starts.
Review the facts
The university source owner checks facts and applicability; unresolved items remain unconfirmed. Institutional review does not control the conclusions of independent reporting.
Hand off and plan updates
Hand over the agreed files and source dates. Separately agree who reports changes and the scope and cost of updates; indefinite automatic updates are not promised.
No admission, visa or recruitment guarantee. Do not send applicant records, identity documents or private contracts. Paid materials are disclosed and kept separate from independent editorial decisions.
